Abstract

In his new book Grain Brain, David Perlmutter, MD, FACN, ABIHM, describes gluten and carbohydrates as being potential root causes of major degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other conditions.
