My whole life, all I’ve known is sickness. I started having regular nausea in junior high, along with vomiting and diarrhea. At age 29, I was 98 pounds and missing a lot of work. On top of that, I suffered from migraines. I worked in hospitals and had to go to emergency rooms to get IVs that would put me back on my feet.
Now I’m 55 and have been off gluten for four years. I have no more vomiting, food tastes better, and I am a normal weight of 120 pounds. I also have more energy. When I was eating gluten, I could not eat dairy; I am now able to tolerate butter and hard cheese. This change has truly changed my life!
