Guacamole Dip
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe Haas avocados, pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash the avocado flesh with the lime juice. Add the salt, cumin, and cayenne. Fold in the onions, jalapeño, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and serve.
