At only 57 years old, I began to experience the onset of cognitive decline. Beginning at age 31, I suffered from epilepsy, and was also told I was prediabetic.  Today, with a low-carb, gluten-free lifestyle, my memory is functioning at an incredibly higher level. Yes, diet took away the whole problem! Better yet, my epilepsy and prediabetes have disappeared too!

One final perk? I have more energy than ever before!
