Sunflower Seed (or Nut) Butter Blueberry Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
¼ cup water
2 Tablespoons coconut milk (from a can)
2 Tablespoons hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon sunflower seed butter (no sugar added; you may substitute another seed or nut butter of choice)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
Heat until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer, then cook 4 minutes.
Spoon into serving bowl and enjoy warm.
