Right now, we are at a moment when our decisions, and their consequences, are more important than ever. So it’s essential that we take a look at what is required to make good decisions, and keep our brains focused on choices that prioritize long-term health and not short-term impulses (a focus of Brain Wash).
Doing so means having a lifestyle that allows our brains to make decisions in the pre-frontal cortex, not grounded in the amygdala, which is what happens when we operate from a place of fear and anxiety. Certainly, we can all agree we are living in a moment with a lot of that right now!
