Brain-Healthy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 T coconut oil – melted
- 1 T cacao butter – melted
- 1 T cocoa powder
- Pinch raw vanilla powder or 1/2 tsp extract
- Pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 10-15 drops stevia liquid to taste (nu naturals brand)
- 1 medjool date soaked and pitted (optional but adds texture and smoothes out sweet flavour)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds (blended smooth first in a magic bullet with 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk)
- 1/4 tsp guar gum (add last)
Instructions
Blend all in a food processor. Refrigerate for eight hours for flavors to blend and mature.
