Chocolate Pudding Cups
Ingredients
- 2½ cups of organic coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons gelatin (use less for a softer pudding)
- ⅓ cup organic coconut sugar (you can use stevia also)
- ⅓ cup organic raw cacao
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat (you want to heat your pudding the least possible to retain as much good stuff in the raw cacao, while still melting the gelatin). Whisk/heat until everything is combined and smooth. Pour into individual jars, cover with lids and chill.
