Coco-Berry Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 scoop gluten-free unflavored protein whey isolate
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin organic coconut oil (or 1 teaspoon, your choice)
- ½ cup blueberries/ strawberries or blackberries
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender, cover, mix and serve!
