Coco-Berry Protein Shake


  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 scoop gluten-free unflavored protein whey isolate
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin organic coconut oil (or 1 teaspoon, your choice)
  • ½ cup blueberries/ strawberries or blackberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 cup ice


Place all ingredients in blender, cover, mix and serve!
