Coconut Milk Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Place coconut milk in a mason jar, then add chia seeds and vanilla and shake vigorously. Place in the fridge.
Ideally, retrieve it and shake it a few more times within the next 20 min. Then, let it chill for at least a few hours. It will start to gel up pretty quickly from the chia.
