Healthy Taco Salad


4 ounces grass fed ground beef

½ teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Pinch of salt

2 cups fresh greens of choice

½ cup organic cooked black beans

½ cup tomato wedges

¼ cup sliced cucumber

¼ cup diced yellow bell pepper

¼ avocado, diced

Lime wedge, garnish


In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef with seasonings until cooked through. Drain (if necessary) and set aside.

Arrange greens on serving plate and top with beef, beans, tomatoes, cucumber slices, pepper and avocado.

Serve with lime wedge, if desired.
