Kale Chips

Kale Chips


  • 3-4 stalks of kale
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt


Tear off the stems of the kale. Mix with olive oil and salt. Heat oven to 250 degrees and cook for 15 minutes, turning once. You can season to your liking (consider parmesan cheese).
