Morning Burst Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1 lime
- A large handful of kale
- A large handful of spinach
- A large handful strawberries
- A large handful pineapple pieces
- 1 tbsp of chia or ground flax seed (can use both)
- Plain coconut water
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
