Spread the word (and the butter)
Having spent much time talking Grain Brain in media appearances, conferences, and with all of you, I’m frequently thanked for thinking “outside the box” and looking for novel solutions for improving brain health. No doubt I’m grateful and filled with a feeling of validation when people make this comment. But the real mission for me is, surprisingly, not to focus on being outside the box. The fundamental importance of our message must absolutely reach a wider audience, especially as it relates to healthcare providers. That said, the ultimate goal becomes one that will make the box bigger. That way, these paradigm changing ideas will become implemented into mainstream medicine, ensuring improved brain health and resistance to disease for everyone.
